Update 7/23/2014 There seems to be a bit of a misunderstanding as to what constitutes unrestricted stock so I am including the definition here You can be added to this list only if your stock meets these criteria. If they do not please notify me so I can remove you from the list.

What constitutes "Unrestricted Stock"?
Unrestricted stock can be used for both personal and commercial projects on  or off Deviant Art, but it cannot be redistributed as stock. You are not required to obtain permission prior to using the stock off site or in DA prints. "The only requirements are that the stock provider be notified and credited."

That being said I want to welcome She has a lovely gallery just full to the brim of great stock so please stop by and have a look I'm sure you won't regret it.

Update 6/29/2014 I've been hoping DA would give unrestricted stockers their own listing but is doing such a great job of getting all the unrestricted stockers and their stock together in one place that I have to give mention and say thanks to everyone who's joined in their efforts helping to make it a truly wonderful listing of unrestricted stock. Keep up the great work and you'll eventually make my little list obsolete.

Update 6/18/2014 Yet another artist to add to this list is If this keeps up they're gonna have to open a seperate section for unrestricted stock. Well, lets hope so.

Update 5/12 2014 comes through yet again with two more additions to the unrestricted stock list, and There is one other but I am waiting on permission to add him to the list since it doesn't say on his account that his stock is unrestricted.

Update 5/7/2014 I must offer my thanks in a big way to for informing me of a lot of new unrestricted stock accounts.   These are just the latest offerings she has found to add to this list.

Update. I've found that a lot of the stock providers listed here have been inactive for some time. I'm not sure what this may mean for the use of their stock but as long as the stock is still there and it hasn't been removed or the rules changed then I'm keeping it in this list.

You have my permission to share this in your own gallery comments included just download the zip file and submit exactly as is as if it were your own. Lets get this list out there for everyone to use. You may make changes to this work if you should find a free stocker I've not included but you must let me know here in comments so I can update the list as well. You may change the preview image if you like but it must say "Unrestricted Stock Listing" so people know what it's about. This submission is subject to periodic changes due to addition or subtraction of information so if you see it come up again check it out to see what's been added or removed. Listing of unrestricted stock. Please remember to check out their journals. Sometimes they might have requests about the use of their stock or they may have their stock in a separate folder in their art gallery. We wouldn't want to get things mixed up and use someone's art for stock or use something that may have some small restrictions on it and please contact them and let them know you've used their stock and link them in your comments. It's not hard. It's just common courtesy.
